At Centered Bodywork, every massage is tailored to you. Whether you’re looking for focused therapeutic work, stress relief, recovery support, or simply time to unwind, your session is designed around what your body needs most that day.
To that end, our service menu has undergone an overhaul and is now more streamlined…custom massage with optional add-ons at an additional cost, or custom massage with the add-ons included! No need to choose a specific modality or add-on when you schedule, we will go over your session goals together, before your massage, and come up with the best plan to get you to where you want to be.
The Custom Essential

This is the bodywork session you all know and love!
Our traditional massage option gives you the flexibility to keep your session simple or customize it with add-on enhancements of your choice at an additional charge. Add-ons can be selected ahead during booking or added during your appointment based on your goals and preferences. This option is perfect for clients who know exactly what they’re looking for or prefer a more straightforward session experience.
The Custom Concierge

Our all-inclusive option is designed for clients who want the most personalized and seamless experience possible. Every available enhancement and add-on is included in the session price, allowing your treatment to evolve naturally based on what your body needs during your appointment. Whether that means incorporating heat therapy, cupping, CBD oil, stretching, or other specialty enhancements, your session can be fully customized without worrying about additional costs or decisions along the way. This option allows you to fully relax while your therapist intuitively combines techniques and enhancements to create the most effective and restorative experience possible.

Relaxation

Swedish massage is a gentle, relaxing style of massage using long, gliding strokes to increase circulation and calm the nervous system. It can include anywhere from light to medium pressure and involves the whole body. In addition to the immediate effects, it can boost the immune system, improve sleep and concentration, relieve soreness and fatigue, and reduce stress levels.
The Centered

The signature “Centered” massage is a customized blend of therapeutic and relaxation techniques, because sometimes you need a bit of both. This is the “just right” option if you have some trouble spots needing attention but you’d also like to relax. Before the session starts we can talk about your preferences and focus areas to find the right blend of techniques and pressure to help you feel balanced and Centered.
Deep Tissue

Deep Tissue massage uses slow, sustained pressure focusing on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Sessions usually focus on one or more specific areas without much full-body integration. It may not be appropriate for someone looking for a lighter, gentler massage. That said, deep pressure does not equal pain, and pain does not equal progress. You will be asked to breathe reply, communicate, and provide feedback during these sessions.
Sports Massage

Sports Massage is designed to increase athletic performance adn deal with the effects of repetitive muscle use. In sports massage, the primary focus is to prepare for, or aid in recovery from, an event or intense exercise. Ongoing sports massage is used as a tool for maintenance and self-care for those training regularly. In these sessions we can address issues as they arise, lessening the chances for injury and/or overuse.
Prenatal & Postpartum

When working with birthing people, I aim to encourage relaxation through broad compression of achy muscles (avoiding specific pressure points) and careful mobilization (hello relaxin!). Pregnant bodies are constantly changing and adjusting to make room for a growing baby, and that can take a toll on your muscles, movement patterns, and overall posture.
For those in the immediate postpartum period, the goal is relaxation for gentle healing. Gentle abdominal massage and scar mobilization may be included, as desired, during any postpartum appointment.
Memberships
All massage starts with a single session. This allows us to make sure we are a good fit for one another professionally and energetically. From there, you have the opportunity to continue care with the benefits of a monthly membership. Memberships are automatically charged on the 1st of the month and renewed month-to month until the membership is cancelled, a 3 month minium is required. Enjoy the benefits of accountability and consistency, recurring appointments if desired, and priority waitlist positions should the need arise. Please see below for all currently available options.

Monthly massage MEMBERSHIPS
Monthly memberships allow for affordable and regular bodywork for those that need a more frequent cadence. Monthly membership options are as follows and offer one session per month at 15% off full regular price.
Monthly 120 min: $187.00 for 1 - 120 min session every month
Monthly 90 min: $140.25 for 1 - 90 min session every month
Monthly 60 min: $93.50 for 1 - 60 min session every month
FINE PRINT
Three-month minimum commitment required, then month-to-month afterward. Minutes can not be broken up into multiple appointments and do not rollover to the next month. Use’ em or lose ‘em.
PACKAGES
Not ready to commit to a recurring charge? Massage packages are a fantastic alternative for those seeking flexibility and savings. This option allows you to purchase a bulk set of sessions upfront, and in doing so, you’ll enjoy an even bigger discount - save 20%!
